Unofficial results are in from the 31st Annual Rod ‘N’ Reel Pro/Am Fishing Tournament. Captain Drew Payne on the Charter Boat Worm was fishing in 60 Feet of Water off of Thomas Point Light, when the angler, Gary Kraske, of Manford, Oklahoma (far right) hooked the big one, a 35.26 lb. 46 inch monster Rockfish! The “Hot Rod” parachute was black and blue with white hair trimmed with a white 9 inch shad behind a cut down umbrella with no weight. The lure was out 75 feet. This was a great father and son charter trip with Mr. Kraske’s son Kevin of Ashburn, Virginia. Congratulations to Mr. Kraske and crew and Captain Drew! Also in the photo are grandsons Ethan (being held), Coleman, son Kevin and Ralf Nies.
