Angler Gary Hall was fishing with Captain Bob Jones aboard the "Time Out" Saturday in 65ft of water at the Gooses Bell Buoy, when the tournament-winning striper ripped a chartreuse parachute with a white 9-inch shad. Gary was using a Shakespeare Ugly Stick with a Penn 309 with wire line,12 oz weight, 60 feet out. The rockfish was 49 inches long with a 36 inch girth. CONGRATULATIONS !
